Topics:
  • Teacher’s introduction.
  • Micro-curriculum (topics and objectives, language competences to be reached) presentation
  • Methodological approach presentation.
  • Introducing the institutional rules: student regulations, chain of command and academic commitment.
  • Freetime activities and chores.

Learning outcome:
  • Say the activities and chores you do at home.

Possible tasks:
  • Dialogs about the chores and duties students do.

Functional language:
  • What did you do last weekend?
  • Did you wash your clothes?
  • Did you clean the house?
  • Did you make your bed?
  • Yes, I did.
  • Did you do the dishes?
  • No, I didn't. I was not home last Friday.
